Lake County Sheriff: $200,000 Foreclosed Mentor Home for Sale

One residential property in foreclosure is scheduled for the Lake County Sheriff's sale Monday, according to the Lake County Sheriff's website.

Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 10 a.m. on the main floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 47 N Park Pl, Painesville.

The lone Mentor property in this week's sale is at 9423 Deer Ridge, near the intersection of Routes 283 and 44. Its appraised value is $201,000, with a mortgage value of $204,354.09.

There will be seven Mentor and Mentor-on-the-Lake properties in next week's sale, the final one of the month. They range in appraisal prices from $63,000 to $159,000.
