Victory Gardens made a resurgence during the COVID pandemic but what do you know about their history? Why did they become popular during both World Wars? Our Librarian Cailey interviews food historian Sarah Wassberg Johnson to learn that and more!

Wassberg Johnson is an author, speaker and educator on all topics related to food history. She’s been featured in The Atlantic, CNN and The History Channel miniseries, “The Food That Built America.”
