Per Mentor Code of Ordinances Sec. 115.28, persons seeking appointment to a position must submit a completed application that you may download here with your resume to the Clerk of Council at schiavoni@cityofmentor.com. Deadline for submission is 5:00 p.m., July 6, 2021.
