Mentor's Community Tree Lighting Is Dec. 4
The free, public event is a great way to kick-start the holiday season.
MENTOR, OH — The holiday season will officially begin in Mentor on December 4. That's when the city will host its annual Community Tree Lighting at the Municipal Center.
The free, public event starts at 6 p.m. The lights will flick on at about 6:15 p.m., so don't be late in arriving.
Members of Mentor City Council will flip the switch and turn on the lights this year. The city's tree is a 30-foot Norwegian Spruce, just outside the main entrance of 8500 Civic Center Boulevard.
