PUBLIC HEARING MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on July 8 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:

A Temporary Event at 8021 Center Street, PP16-A-011-0-00-001,017-0 in the C-1, Conservation District by Western Reserve Land Conservancy and Charles & Julie Bolton.

A Bar/Game Room at 8484 Mentor Avenue, PP16-A-012-J-00-005-0 in the B-2, General Business District by Nostalgia Lounge & Brunner Sanden Deitrick, LLC.

A Car Wash at Lake Shore & Dawson Boulevards, PP16-C-081-0-00-005-0, 16-C-081-H-00-019, 020, 021-0 in the B-2, General Business District by Classic Clean Auto Wash, Charles & Christine Yano, Jayme Kacica and Estate Pro, LLC.

A Car Wash as a Similar Use at 5786 Heisley Road, PP16-B-064-A-00-002-0 in the MIP, Industrial Park District by Conrad’s Tire Express and Car Care & 5786, LLC.
