Baldwin Wallace Softball Player Receives Accolade
Right fielder Alexis Boledovic earned her second straight All-Ohio Athletic Conference accolade.

From Baldwin Wallace: Baldwin Wallace University softball right fielder Alexis Boledovic (Brook Park/Berea-Midpark High School) earned her second straight All-Ohio Athletic Conference accolade.
Boledovic, who was an honorable mention selection at first base last se2ason, was named to the first-team after making the switch to the outfield. She played at all three outfield spots but mainly served as the right fielder.
Boledovic was the team leader for the second straight season with career-highs in batting average at .373, hits with 44 and doubles with eight. She also tallied a career-high 10 runs batted-in (RBIs), seven walks and a career-high tying one triple. Boledovic also recorded 24 putouts and one assist in the field.

For her career, she has a batting average of .359 and a slugging percentage of .450 with 75 hits, 19 walks, 18 RBIs, 15 doubles and two triples. Boledovic has a career fielding percentage of .995 with 193 putouts, eight assists and just one error.
Off the field, she is an outstanding student that carries a 3.871 grade point average in exercise science and pre-physical therapy. Boledovic is a Dean's List student and a member of the Alpha Lambda Honor Society. She is a candidate to earn Academic All-OAC and College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-District 7 honors. Boledovicalso serves as a student photographer.

The Yellow Jackets finished the 2017 campaign with an overall record of 16-21-1 and an OAC slate of 5-12-1.
