Berea School Calendar 2017-18: First Day Of School, Vacations, Conferences

The first day of school in Berea is August 22 for grades 1-12 and August 29 for kindergarten. Feel free to mark it on your calendar as one of the most dreaded days of the year for students and teachers — and feel free not to feel guilty about marking it as one of your favorites. The Berea City School District has released its 2017-2018 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

• 1/1 - 1/2: No School (Winter Break)
• 1/15: No School (Martin Luther King Day)

February

• 2/19: No School (Presidents' Day)

March

• 3/23: No School (Teacher Work Day)
• 3/26 - 3/30: No School (Spring Break)

April

• 4/2: No School (Teacher Work Day)

May

• 5/28: No School (Memorial Day)
• 5/31: Last Day for Students
