Middleburg Commons Details Revealed at State of the City Address

Middleburg Heights is about to take on a major economic development project. Mayor Gary Starr and Bob Downey, the mayor's executive assistant, revealed some of the details about "Middleburg Commons," a huge and important economic development undertaking for Middleburg Heights reports Cleveland.com.

The plan for Middleburg Commons calls for a new library, police station and a centralized park which will run along Bagley Rd. and compliment the already existing campus.

"We want to revitalize the city and keep it moving forward," Starr said. "We want to create a new downtown, a new energy, excitement, raise our property values higher, retain and invite new businesses and families to Middleburg Heights and keep our city a proud place to live and work."
