Sydney Clark of BWU Garners All-Ohio Athletic Conference Accolade

For her career, Clark scored 868 points, grabbed 400 rebounds, dished out 151 assists, made 105 steals and had 96 blocks.

From BWU: Baldwin Wallace University women's basketball student-athlete Sydney Clark (Parma/Lake Ridge Academy) has been named to the All-Ohio Athletic Conference team.

Clark, who was a second-team selection the past two seasons, was named to the first-team. She had her best season as a collegian this year as she led the team with a career-best 37 blocks, was second in scoring with a career-best 11.0 points-per game and was third in rebounding with a career-best 4.9 rebounds-per-contest.

Clark also recorded 51 assists and made 30 steals. For her career, Clark scored 868 points, grabbed 400 rebounds, dished out 151 assists, made 105 steals and had 96 blocks. Off the court, she is a two-time Academic All-OAC selection, a Dean's List student, a Jacket Scholar and a member of the Digital Marketing Clinic and the Center for Innovation and Growth.

BW finished the 2016-17 campaign with an overall record of 21-5 and second place finish in the OAC standings with a mark of 14-4. The Yellow Jackets advanced to the OAC Tournament semifinals for the fourth straight season.
