Hashtags – Get More From Your Social Media
In today’s Agent Tech Tip – Sonja Yantzer, a real estate agent at Trademark Realty in North Dakota, talks about how hashtags can help you to become seen by more than just your unique fans who follow your Facebook and Twitter accounts.
Here’s Sonja.
Sonja challenges you to come up with a minimum of 10 to 20 hashtags or small phrases of topics that you can use when leveraging social media. Using a hashtag allows your post to be seen by anyone who clicks on the hashtag. For example, when listing a house, use the hashtag #homeforsale. Anyone who searches #homeforsale on the internet will now see your post, and the posts of anyone else who used that same hashtag.
