Election Day: Polls Are Open In North Canton

Polls opened at 6:30 a.m. and will close at 7:30 p.m. North Canton residents can find voter information online.

NORTH CANTON, Ohio -- The Stark County General Election is underway. Polls opened at 6:30 a.m. and will close at 7:30 p.m.

The site allows voters to review election topics such as candidates and ballot issues as well as polling locations..

Finally don't forget, voters must bring identification to the polls in order to verify identity. Identification may include:

  • A current, valid photo identification card such as a driver's license or state ID.
  • A military identification.
  • A copy of a current utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or other government document that shows the voter's name and current address.
