Inmate Threatens to Kill Two Judges and Blow Up a Federal Building
Joseph Huber said he would blow up the "fancy federal building" where one of the judges presides.

AKRON, OH - Joseph Huber, formerly of Cleveland, has been indicted for threatening to kill two federal judges and blow up the federal building they work from, says U.S. Attorney Carole S. Rendon and U.S. Marshal Peter J. Elliott.
Huber wrote a letter to Cleveland-based U.S. District Court Judge Christopher Boyko and threatened to kill him and members of his family. In the same letter, Huber also threatened to blow up the "fancy federal building" where Boyko presides and kill a federal prosecutor that convicted Huber in 2014, according to the indictment.
Huber is also accused of writing a letter to Akron-based U.S. Magistrate Judge Kathleen Burke threatening to kill her for dismissing a civil suit Huber had previously filed. Once again, Huber threatened to blow up the federal courthouse where Burke presides.
