Where To Find A Christmas Tree Near North Canton
Many local Christmas tree providers are taking COVID-19 precautions to make sure you and your family have a jolly holiday.
North Canton, OH — As the coronavirus pandemic threatens some of America's most quintessential holiday traditions in 2020, it could still be possible to hunt for the right Christmas tree this year — and do it safely.
Did you know that at least 25 million real Christmas trees are sold each year across America, and currently, 350 million are growing in all 50 U.S. states? And during this unprecedented year, Christmas tree lots and choose-and-cut farms nationwide are taking precautions as the coronavirus pandemic worsens to ensure patrons can select a tree with minimal health and safety risk.
In fact, the National Christmas Tree Association has created a special guide including recommendations and best practices for Christmas tree sellers to follow, including frequently sanitizing items such as hand saws and tree cart handles, as well as countertops, restrooms and other areas. An onsite "COVID-19 coordinator" and touchless, paperless payment systems are also being encouraged.
