Two foreclosed Shaker Heights homes were sold at sheriff's auction on July 1, according to Cuyahoga County foreclosure records.

Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 9 a.m. at the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd St. in Cleveland.

• 3267 BRAEMER ROAD: Appraised for $50,000; sold for $33,334.
• 22276 SHELBURNE ROAD: Appraised for $400,000; sold for $266,667.
