Two foreclosed Shaker Heights homes were sold at sheriff's auction July 8 and July 15, according to Cuyahoga County foreclosure records.

Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 9 a.m. at the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd St. in Cleveland.

Here are the Shaker Heights properties sold at auction:

  • 3683 STRANDHILL ROAD: Appraised for $50,000; sold for $33,334.
  • 3142 SEBOR ROAD: Appraised for $75,000; sold for $50,000.
