Three foreclosed Shaker Heights homes were sold at sheriff's auction July 22, according to Cuyahoga County foreclosure records.

Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 9 a.m. at the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd St. in Cleveland.

Here are the Shaker Heights properties sold at auction July 22:

• 3713 PALMERSTON ROAD: Sold for $57,825; Appraised for $60,000.
  
• 18515 CHAGRIN BOULEVARD: Sold for $33,334; Appraised for $50,000.
  
• 3578 RIEDHAM ROAD: Sold for $41,000; Apprased for $60,000.
