Two Shaker Heights homes in foreclosure are scheduled for sheriff's sales Monday, Aug. 12, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's website.

Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 9 a.m. at the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd St. in Cleveland.

Here are the Shaker Heights properties in Monday's sale:

  • 3642 CHELTON ROAD: Appraised for $32,000; minimum bid of $21,334.
  • 24201 HAZELMERE ROAD: Appraised for $150,000; minimum bid of $100,000.
