Break-In, Burglary At Solon Business

Someone forced their way inside Take 5 on Aurora Road and stole money from the company's safe.

SOLON, OH — Someone broke into Take 5 on Aurora Road and stole money from the business' safe, according to Solon police. Detectives are still investigating the break-in and burglary.

On November 5, police were called to the oil change service Take 5, at 33300 Aurora Road, for reports of a break-in. Between 7 p.m. on November 4 and 7 a.m. on November 5, someone broke into the building.

Once the person was inside, they forced their way into the office area and then broke into a safe. Cash was stolen from the safe, but nothing else appeared to be disturbed in the Take 5 offices.

The Solon detective bureau is investigated the case and has processed the scene, according to a Solon police spokesperson.
