Halloween In Solon: Trick-or-Treat Time, Upcoming Activities

The city has announced when the annual trick-or-treat event will be held.

SOLON, OH — After a few days of scorching hot weather, Northeast Ohioans may still be adjusting to the prospect of fall. Like it or not though, fallen leaves, flannels and all things pumpkin spice are on their way. Oh, and Halloween will be here soon too.

The city of Solon will hold its citywide trick-or-treat on Oct. 31. The festivities will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The dance will be held in Mayfield at the Hilton Garden Inn, 700 Beta Dr. Registration is $12 per person and is open until Oct. 12. The dance itself will take place Oct. 28. Awards will be given out for the weirdest, funniest, scariest,most creative, and best overall costumes. Burgers and drinks will be provided.

Solon Center for the Arts Dance Studio will host Halloween Costume Wearing Week Oct. 24-Oct. 31. Students enrolled in the program will be able to wear classroom-appropriate costumes.
