Harper Road Construction To Continue Through Next Week

SOLON, OH — Construction crews are repairing Harper Road in Solon, closing certain lanes on the street until Wednesday. The city said all repairs are weather permitting, meaning closures could be extended beyond next week.

Work is being done on Harper Road north, between SR 422 and Bainbridge Road. Repairs include part of the southbound turning lane onto Bainbridge Road and two patches on Harper south, near the SR 422 bridge.

Crews will keep one lane open in each direction at all times, the city of Solon said on social media.

Officials said construction should be finished by Wednesday of next week, as long as the weather holds out.

Current forecasts, show rain and snow hitting Northeast Ohio on Saturday and Saturday night. There's a slim chance of rain on Tuesday and into Wednesday morning.
