Police Find Toddler Wandering Alone in the Street
Watch the dash cam video of a small child wandering in the street. The babysitter was charged with child endangering.
A Solon police officer came upon an 18-month-old child wandering in the middle of a road on June 12.
While driving on Glenallen Drive the officer saw the child pushing a toy lawn mower in the road around the 6400 block.
The kid tried to tell him where he lived when two women came around the back of a house.
One of the women, 43, was the child's babysitter and said she went to change another child's diaper when he wandered off.
She was charged with child endangering, a first-degree misdemeanor.
