The April 20 meeting of the board will be held online only to comply with Ohio's stay-at-home order.
SOLON, OH — Public meetings across Ohio are being moved online to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus. In accordance with this policy change, the regularly scheduled meeting of the Solon Board of Education, on April 20, will be livestreamed for the public.
"The Solon City School District is following the Governor’s stay-at-home order and the necessary public health social distancing guidelines to help mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus" said Solon Schools Treasurer Tim Pickana.
The meeting will still be held at 6 p.m. on Monday, April 20. However, the meeting will not be held at the Solon Board of Education office.
