5 Back-to-School Things to Remember in Strongsville

It's sad but true — summer vacation will end. 

To prepare for the upcoming school year in the Strongsville School District, here are some important dates to keep in mind:

  1. Tuesday, Aug. 20: First day of school for grades 1-9
  2. Wednesday, Aug. 21: First day of school for grades 10-12 
  3. Monday, Aug. 26: First day of school for pre-school and Kindergarten
  4. Receive free SHS Text Alerts: 1) Send text to: 832-460-1267 2) Message to send: @shsalert 3) To unsubscribe, simple reply with the word "stop."
  5. Have those medication forms filled about before the start of school.
