Construction Shifts At Major Intersection In Strongsville
Drivers will be impacted by changes in traffic patterns at the Pearl-Royalton roads intersection.
STRONGSVILLE, OH — Construction on the Royalton-Pearl roads intersection shifted into a new phase on Wednesday. All Royalton Road lanes will now be open, sans one westbound left turn lane onto Pearl.
This phase of construction will last about 15 days, the city said. Traffic headed south on Pearl should be mostly unaffected, though one through lane will be closed. The curb lane will remain open for through traffic and right turns. Both left turn lanes, onto 82, will be open.
Traffic headed north on Pearl will fined the right turn lane onto Royalton open. Only one other northbound lane will be open though. The traffic signal will be altered to accommodate the new traffic pattern.
