Heartless Felons Gang Member Found Guilty Of Murder In Ohio
Antoine Pollard, 26, was found guilty of killing a man in a Cleveland suburb, prosecutors announced.
OLMSTED FALLS, OH — A member of the Heartless Felons gang has been found guilty of murdering a 26-year-old man in Olmsted Falls, the Cuyahoga County prosecutor announced.
Antoine Pollard, 25, was found guilty of murder this week. Pollard was accused of killing a man in Olmsted Falls in March 2019.
“This tragedy is another example of the severity of gang and gun violence in our community,” said Cuyahoga Prosecutor Michael O’Malley. “This Heartless Felon deliberately took an innocent life and has caused unimaginable pain to his other victims. Today is a stern reminder that this senseless violence will not be tolerated.”

According to prosecutors, Pollard and his girlfriend went to a friend's apartment in Olmsted Falls in March 2019. A fight broke out between the couple and Pollard's friend attempted to intervene, asking Pollard to leave.
Pollard then shot his friend multiple times, prosecutors said.

The girlfriend escaped the apartment and called police. The 26-year-old was later pronounced dead inside his apartment by EMS and Olmsted Falls police.
Investigators identified Pollard as the primary suspect in the shooting. He was taken into custody in East Cleveland two days after the killing.
DNA evidence linked him to the shooting, prosecutors argued. After a trial, Pollard was found guilty on the following charges:
- Two counts of aggravated murder
- One count of felonious assault
- Four counts of kidnapping
- One count of aggravated burglary
- One count of aggravated menacing
- One count of having weapons under disability
Pollard will be sentenced on Aug. 26 at the Cuyahoga County Justice Center. He faces a maximum sentence of life in prison, without the possibility of parole.
