Home Games At Strongsville High Are Now Free For Students
The Athletic Boosters made a $7,300 donation to cover costs for the rest of the year.

From Strongsville Athletic Boosters: The Strongsville Athletic Boosters will make a donation of up to $7,300 donation to Strongsville High School with the specific intent of covering admission costs for Strongsville students at the remaining home athletic contests, excluding SHS varsity football and SHS varsity basketball games, for the 2018-19 academic year.
Strongsville students will be admitted free of charge for Strongsville home athletic events, except for SHS varsity football, SHS varsity basketball games, and OHSAA tournament events - at both Strongsville Middle School and Strongsville High School - throughout this school year. Students will need to show their student ID for access to the events.
“We are pleased to make this donation and provide greater access to students for Strongsville’s home athletic contests. We are looking forward to increased student attendance and ultimately additional support for all of our student-athletes. We encourage every Strongsville student to make an effort to attend at least one athletic event this year and cheer on our Mustangs,” said Dan Martin, President of Strongsville Athletic Boosters.“We appreciate the continued support of our Athletic Boosters and are excited about the opportunity this donation provides to Strongsville students. Athletic contests provide an additional way for our students to interact, socialize, and create memories outside of the classroom. I know our coaches and student-athletes will appreciate the extra support and attendance from students of all ages,” said Dr. Mark Smithberger, Strongsville High School Principal.
