Howe Road Resurfacing Starts This Week In Strongsville
Crews will be resurfacing part of the road on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, the city said.
STRONGSVILLE, OH — Part of Howe Road will be closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, the city of Strongsville said. Officials are hoping work will be completed on Thursday and the street will re-open to two-way traffic on Friday.
Howe will be closed between Drake and Boston during the day for repaving work. The southbound lane will be open to traffic at night, the city said.
Officials are hoping for clear, dry weather this week. Inclement weather could delay the resurfacing.

Current forecasts show a possibility of storms on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, but a clear work week starting on Wednesday afternoon.
Howe Road already underwent major work this year when crews worked on a sanitary sewer project between Drake and Boston. That project lasted about three months.
