Motorcyclist Crashes During Police Chase on I-71
The incident that caused a motorcyclist to crash in Middleburg Heights is still under investigation, reports our partners at WEWS News Channel 5.
A motorcyclist crashed Sunday night on I-71 southbound after a police pursuit, according to officers, reports our parters at NewsNet5.com.
The wreck happened around 6:25 p.m. near US 42. Strongsville police said they attempted to pull over the motorcyclist for a registration violation, but the driver sped away.
He later crashed in Middleburg Heights while attempting to exit the interstate.
The suspect was taken into custody. A name was not released. The incident is under investigation.
