STRONGSVILLE, OH — Strongsville will be ground zero for comic book lovers on August 14th. The second annual NEO Comic Con will be coming to the Holiday Inn at 15471 Royalton Road. The show promises to be family-friendly and have more of an emphasis on comics rather than movies and expensive autographs.
NEO Comic Con creator, Shawn Belles, says that the show's focus is on comics. Belles got the comic bug at a young age and cut his teeth on shows like Batman, SuperFriends, Speed Racer, Johnny Socko, Astro Boy, Ultraman, Spider-Man & Wonder Woman.
Vendors will be at the show buying and selling new comics and comics going back as far as the forties. The impressive list of vendors can be found here on their website.
