Here's what's been going on in Strongsville

A wrap-up of the week's top stories:
No ifs, ands or butts — Strongsville will implement a tobacco-free policy on all city-owned property, including parks and parking lots, Oct. 1.
Underage party — Several Strongsville High School freshmen face charges — and one went to the hospital — after allegedly drinking at a classmate's house.
Vandalism at school — The principal at Chapman Elementary asks the community to help put a stop to ongoing vandalism incidents.
Two big events today — A morning and afternoon event are set for Sunday, Sept. 15. The City Club hosts Breakfast on the Covered Bridge in the morning; Arts in Strongsville has Day at the Chalet this afternoon.
