Resident Wakes Up to Find Man in House: Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Strongsville Police Department

An Evelyn Court man told police he was awakened about 1:30 a.m. Saturday by a man who was in his house.
The resident chased out the intruder, who ran toward Cartwright Drive, a report said.
The intruder was breathing heavily and the resident could see his silhouette in the dark. He was wearing shorts and a salmon-colored shirt.
A police dog tracked the suspect to Oakland Park, but officers found no suspicious people in the neighborhood.
There were no signs of forced entry to the house. Nothing was taken or disturbed.
Voyeur at the Store
A shopper at TJ Maxx told police a man put an electronic device under her dress and took a picture about noon Sunday.
Dog Owner Warned
A passerby reported a car parked outside Costco on Friday had a dog inside and all the windows rolled entirely up.
The dog was fine, but an officer warned the owner to leave the dog at home when she goes shopping. If it happens again, she will be cited, a report said.
Strange Woman Knocking
A family on Timber Lake Drive called police when a woman they didn't know knocked on their door t 3 a.m. Saturday.
Police discovered the woman was staying at a different house on the street. She assisted her to the right address.
