Safety Town Coming Back To Strongsville

Kids who are entering kindergarten this fall can learn all the important safety tips they'll need.

STRONGSVILLE, OH — Safety Town, for many people, is a kind of rite of passage. It teaches young kids basic safety tips and techniques like looking both ways before crossing the street. Those lessons stick with people most of their lives.

Luckily for Strongsville residents, Safety Town is coming back to town. The program will return April 21 and runs from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. A second session will be held April 25 from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The Walter F. Ehrnfelt Recreation Center will play host to Safety Town. The sessions are open to kids entering kindergarten in fall 2018.
