Western Reserve Masonic Community employees' with perfect attendance have the opportunity to win Subaru Crosstrek

Western Reserve Masonic Community, a subsidiary of Ohio Masonic Home, a non-profit 55 and better senior living community and healthcare provider that owns and operates three campuses, will be giving away a new Subaru Crosstrek to one of its employees next April for perfect attendance. The organization is partnering with Wagner Subaru in Fairborn, Ohio to give back to its employees for the hard work they endure day in and day out.

On April 1, Western Reserve Masonic Community, a subsidiary of Ohio Masonic Home, will launch a year-long, “Perfect Attendance Car Give-Away Program.” Hourly, non-exempt, full-time and part-time employees will have an opportunity each quarter to enter into the drawing for the new car as well as a second drawing for a valuable prize such as a large flat screen TV, weekend getaway, or a gaming system as long as they have perfect attendance for that quarter. Additionally, those employees who have perfect attendance each month will be entered into a drawing for a $100.00 gas card.

“Our employees are crucial to the success we have had at Western Reserve Masonic Community. Our five star rating comes from hard work, passion, and dedication from each and every one of our employees. WE value our employees and all that they do at Western Reserve Masonic Community.
