Shred Day Is June 18 In Strongsville
Need to get rid of some documents? Don't want to buy a paper shredder? This is the event for you.
STRONGSVILLE, OH — The Strongsville community Shred Day will be held June 18, the city announced.
Residents can dispose of unwanted documents in the parking lot of the Ehrnfelt Recreation Center from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The service is free for Strongsville residents.
Attendees should enter from Royalton Road (the Greens of Strongsville driveway). Vehicles are prohibited from lining up prior to 8 a.m.

Here is a list of acceptable items for shredding:
- Accounting ledger paper,
- Adding machine tape,
- Advertisements,
- Booklets/brochures,
- Copy machine paper,
- Colored paper - 20 pound,
- Computer paper,
- Envelopes,
- Faxes,
- Manila file folders,
- Greeting cards,
- Laser printer paper,
- Legal pad paper, Post-it notes,
- NCR paper,
- Receipts and
- All types of white paper
These items will not be accepted at the shredder:
