Strongsville Cops Gift Wrapping Station Raises $15,500
The money will go to a variety of charities and nonprofits, including Relay for Life and Shop with a Cop.

STRONGSVILLE, OH — The Strongsville Police Department is deeply involved in a few charities and nonprofits, but perhaps none two more than Relay for Life and Shop with a Cop. Each year the department holds several fundraisers for those two organizations, but one of the biggest is the gift wrapping station at Southpark Mall.
Police officers and dispatchers will staff the wrapping station at the mall throughout the holidays, accepting donations for their work. The department will also bring in representatives from other groups to raise funds for their own organizations using the wrapping station.
"We would like to thank everyone who generously donated to the charity gift wrapping station this year at the mall," the department said in a post on social media.
