Strongsville Restaurants Announce Support For Music Boosters

STRONGSVILLE, OH — With limited attendance allowed at high school sporting events, Strongsville businesses are stepping up to support the school music community. And you can help.

The Strongsville Instrumental Music Boosters program usually staffs the concession stands at Pat Catan Stadium during high school football games. With limited fan attendance allowed due to COVID-19, the boosters have lost a major source of funding.

That's why five Strongsville restaurants have stepped up to help.

During Fridays this fall, five restaurants will donate a portion of their sales to the Strongsville Instrumental Music Boosters. Guests only have to mention the "Strongsville Concessions Fundraiser" before ordering to benefit the music program.

The following businesses are taking part in the program:

• Raising Cane’s (114356 Pearl Road) - 4 p.m. - 9 p.m.
• Dairy Queen (12152 Pearl Rd.) - 3 p.m. - close
• Gina’s Pizza (14405 Pearl Rd.) - 440-238-4820
• Peace, Love, & Little Donuts (13500 Pearl Rd.) - Friday and Saturday - 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
• Robek’s (18025 Royalton Rd.)

The music boosters and the school district shared their appreciation for the restaurants and the community.

"[The Boosters] appreciate our community’s continued support, and thank the participating Strongsville businesses, for helping to raise funds to support our students and the various music programs in our district," a Strongsville Schools spokesperson said.
