STRONGSVILLE, OH — Strongsville students will get free admission to some sporting events held at the high school this year. The free admission policy does not apply to Strongsville varsity football games, Strongsville varsity basketball games and OHSAA tournament events.

“The Strongsville Athletic Boosters are once again pleased to make this donation, providing greater access to students for Strongsville’s home athletic contests. We look forward to large crowds and increased student attendance at all of our athletic events in support of our student-athletes. We encourage every Strongsville student to make an effort to attend at least one athletic event this year and cheer on our Mustangs,” said Dan Martin, president of Strongsville Athletic Boosters.

The Strongsville Athletic Boosters donated $7,300 to Strongsville High to cover admission costs for sporting events. This is the second straight year the boosters have paid to cover admission fees for students at Strongsville High and Strongsville Middle School.

This donation is another great example of our Boosters striving toward their goal of supporting all of our student-athletes and the many athletic opportunities offered in our District. We appreciate and thank them for their generosity and are hopeful that many of our students take advantage of free admission at many of the athletic events held throughout the year. I know our coaches and student-athletes will appreciate the extra support and attendance from students of all ages,” said Denny Ziegler, Strongsville High School Athletic Director.
