The most recent homicide victim found in Ottawa Park by a grass-cutting crew on Wednesday morning has been identified as Theodore Walker, a 36-year-old black male.

He was shot twice - once in the chest and once in the lower abdomen (near the hip). Both of these wounds caused a massive internal hemorrhage.
His death is ruled a homicide.
