In today's daily you'll find a story on former UT quarterback and NFL veteran Bruce Gradkowski taking over as head coach for St. Francis High School, a 4-year-old suffering from a shotgun wound, a 12-year-old who was revived with Narcan after an overdose, an emergency involving a car submerged in Hecklinger Pond, and a lawsuit against the City of Oregon concerning a police shooting.

- University of Toledo hall of fame quarterback and former NFL player Bruce Gradkowski will be the new head coach at St. Francis High School. Gradkowski led the UT Rockets to a MAC championship in 2004 and spent 11 years in the NFL. (WTOL)
- A 4-year-old child was treated at St. Vincent's hospital for wounds related to a shotgun blast. The incident reportedly happened near Earlwood Ave. in East Toledo and the child is expected to make a full recovery. (WTOL)
- A 12-year-old child had to be revived with Narcan by Toledo Fire and Rescue after apparently purchasing drugs from an unknown person at a gas station. Toledo Police are investigating the incident, which occurred in the 200 block of Sunnyside Dr. in North Toledo. (WTOL)
- Toledo emergency crews were forced to pull a car out of a pond after it went off the road in East Toledo. The vehicle was unoccupied at the time it went into Hecklinger Pond at the corner of Seaman and Burger. (13 ABC)
- A Toledo man sues city of Oregon and two of its officers for an incident that happened in June 2020. Responding to a domestic violence call, the two officers questioned Victor Dale, Jr. even though he did not match the description given. After Dale tried to drive away, the officers fired 21 shots at his vehicle. (WTOL)

- Toledo School for the Arts will perform throughout summer in a free Jazz in the Park series, through August 12
- Toledo brings back Movies in the Park series, June 24 - September 16
- City of Toledo accepting applications for Parks and Recreation Youth Advisory Board
- Community mental health organization Harbor is facilitating 300 jobs for teens this summer through their Youth Enhancement Services (YES)
- Lunch at Levis returned June 10 and will last through September 16. It features live performances, food vendors, and other activities related to this year's Solheim Cup and Toledo Jeep Fest
- Toledo Night Market returns beginning June 19 and will host live music, food, and shopping plus free parking near the Toledo Farmer's Market, 6-11 PM monthly
- The Toledo Symphony Orchestra and the Toledo Ballet have joined forces at the Toledo Alliance for the Performing Arts and have announced an exciting 2021/2022 season
- Toledo School for the Arts offering music lessons focusing on a "drumline" every Wednesday at five city parks. The program is for children of all ages and does not require any experience or reservations. (WTOL)
