- Community mental health provider Rescue Mental Health and Addiction Services is expected to close at the end of June due to budget issues with the Mental Health and Recovery Services Board of Lucas County. Community members are optimistic for a resolution, and the MHRSB purportedly has a plan for anyone laid off by the closure. (13 ABC)
- A Toledo city pool lifeguard rescues a teen from drowning on her first day back on the job. (NCB 24)
- Toledo-Lucas County Health Department building is a possible location for a new Lucas County Jail. A proposal under review by the Toledo City Council proposes a new structure with a $100 million price tag and innovations for inmate supervision. (WTOL)
- The second deadly motorcycle crash in two days occurred early Monday morning in North Toledo. The crash is being investigated to see whether speed and a number of potholes on Champlain and Buffalo streets could have played a part. (WTOL)
