Today's daily features stories on the latest updates to the City of Toledo's lawsuit against Block Communications, new technology to help keep Lake Erie clean, free education kits and meals at the Erie Street Market this Friday, a car chase involving the Toledo Police Dept. gang unit, and a stabbing that led to at least one victim's hospitalization.

- The City of Toledo is putting trash traps in seven different locations in waterways within five miles of Lake Erie. The goal is to prevent trash from ever reaching the lake and these traps have been used in 9 states thus far. (WTOL)
- Block Communications, owners of Buckeye Broadband, have filed to dismiss the City of Toledo's lawsuit regarding the Summit Street project. The lawsuit is asking for Block to return funds to the City of Toledo for utilities that were moved when construction began. (13 ABC)
- The Imagination Station in downtown Toledo is teaming up with the Center of Science and Industry (COSI), the Toledo Northwestern Foodbank, and the State of Ohio to give away STEAM kits (science, technology, engineering, arts, math) and meals on Friday. The event will take place at the Erie Street Market on June 25 from 9-11 AM. (WTOL)
- A Toledo man has been arrested in connection with a stabbing that occurred on Addie Way in the early hours of June 23. The victim was transported to the hospital with no word as to their condition. (13 ABC)
- The Toledo Police Department gang unit was involved in a car chase after a vehicle containing three men failed to pull over. The chase ended after the suspects crashed into a parked car and then broke into a nearby apartment to evade officers. Three of the men were apprehended but one is still at large. (WTOL)

- The Toledo GROWS Crosby Festival of the Arts will be hosted at Toledo Botanical Gardens on Friday, June 25 through Sunday, June 27.
- Local nonprofit group the Delroy Chance Angel Wing Foundation (named after the late Central Catholic football coach) will be hosting a jazz night fundraiser on Sunday, June 27. The foundation raises money to provide athletic equipment for the city's youth. (13 ABC)
- Toledo will be home to this year's Solheim Cup golf tournament at the Inverness Club, (August 31 - September 6)
- Supernatural America: The Paranormal in American Art, Toledo Museum of Art (through September 5)
- Legendary rock group KISS will play the Huntington Center August 25
- Buff City Soap opens its latest store on Secor Road in West Toledo (NBC 24)
- Jazz in the Garden is set to begin July 8 at the Toledo Botanical Gardens. Tickets are $10 cash only at the gate. (BG Independent Media)
- History Happy Hour: Sailor Stories at the National Museum of the Great Lakes, July 1
- "ONE" Group Art Exhibition is a bi-monthly series of art exhibitions at The Switchboard
- Rare and Wondrous: Birds in Art and Culture 1620-1820, Toledo Museum of Art through July 25
- Toledo School for the Arts will perform throughout summer in a free Jazz in the Park series, through August 12
- Toledo brings back Movies in the Park series, June 24 - September 16
- City of Toledo accepting applications for Parks and Recreation Youth Advisory Board
- Community mental health organization Harbor is facilitating 300 jobs for teens this summer through their Youth Enhancement Services (YES)
- Lunch at Levis returned June 10 and will last through September 16. It features live performances, food vendors, and other activities related to this year's Solheim Cup and Toledo Jeep Fest
- Toledo Night Market has returned and will host live music, food, and shopping plus free parking near the Toledo Farmer's Market, 6-11 PM monthly
- The Toledo Symphony Orchestra and the Toledo Ballet have joined forces at the Toledo Alliance for the Performing Arts and have announced an exciting 2021/2022 season
- Toledo School for the Arts offering music lessons focusing on a "drumline" every Wednesday at five city parks. The program is for children of all ages and does not require any experience or reservations. (WTOL)
