  1. A local man was caught vandalizing 27 Lucas County Sherriff's Office patrol vehicles parked at the Toledo Express Airport in May. William Z. Pepple faces felony charges which will be presented to the Lucas County Grand Jury where a multi-count indictment is expected. (13 ABC)
  2. A shortage of semiconductor chips is responsible for additional layoffs at the GM Powertrain Toledo Transmission Operations facility. The layoffs are purportedly temporary, though the chip shortage is expected to be a problem for the foreseeable future. (NBC 24)
  3. The Cleveland-Cliffs company celebrated its new state-of-the-art Toledo facility with Mayor Kapszukiewicz, Toledo Rep. Marcy Kaptur, and Ohio Governor Mike DeWine. (NBC 24)
  4. A proposal in the Toledo City Council seeks to recoup funds paid to Buckeye Broadband for moving telecommunication lines for the Summit Street construction project. The project is already under scrutiny by the FBI. (13 ABC)
  5. Toledo Police along with the Toledo Fire Department forced to negotiate with alleged shooter after the suspect ran into a home after discharging a firearm near St. John Avenue. (13 ABC)
