I am interested in creating an experimental theatre/art gallery in Twinsburg in the Twinsburg Banking Company building (formerly First Merit Bank), located at 9777 Ravenna Road. The site is registered in Twinsburg as C-5 (mixed residential / retail). Unfortunately, within the C-5 primary uses, theatre or live performance is not indicated (art gallery and food services are, however). As such, I must complete an application for "Similar Use Determination". That cost is $375.00. That application will then be presented before the Planning Commission for approval and then ultimately will be presented before the Twinsburg Council.
