Goddard School Hosts STEAM and Space Education Week for Preschoolers
Local preschoolers participate in week-long activities that promote space and STEAM education

On Monday, July 18th, preschoolers at The Goddard School participated in week-long activities that promote space and STEAM education (science, technology, engineering, art and math).
Twinsburg preschoolers engaged in a range of activities such as building jet packs, combining simple shapes to create a rocket ship, creating constellations, exploring moon rocks through a space exploration box and other projects inspired by STEAM. These projects foster creativity and imagination while giving children the opportunity to learn about the space and the universe.
Teaching children to collaborate, communicate, be creative and think critically, the STEAM-inspired space education week is an opportunity for The Goddard School children to showcase their learning through projects and experiments while demonstrating The Goddard School’s unique F.L.E.X. (Fun, Learning, Experience) Program in action.
