Lois Ann (Fox) Belak, 82, of Twinsburg, passed away Oct. 30.
She was the wife of the late John Belak, according to the Plain Dealer.
She was mother of four, grandmother of eight and great-grandmother of seven.

A Memorial Mass will be held Monday, November 12, 2012 at 10 AM at Holy Angels Catholic Church, 18205 Chillicothe Rd. Bainbridge, OH.
