Sizzling summer lineup released for Rock the Park

Twinsburg's Perici Amphitheatre will host ten concerts during the 2018 season!

TWINSBURG (APRIL 17, 2018) – An affordable night out with the hottest bands, cold beer, wine, and food trucks isn’t far from home at Twinsburg’s Rock the Park, presented by Strachan Novak Insurance! Perici Amphitheatre, one of the area’s best kept secrets, is set in the middle of Glenn Chamberlin Park providing a unique, wooded atmosphere mirroring Blossom Music Center on a smaller scale. Last summer, the concert series broke an attendance record with 8,500 fans passing through the gates.

“Bands absolutely love playing at the venue,” expressed Rock the Park’s Director, Derek Schroeder. “The acoustics in the wooded, amphitheatre setting creates a special experience for the fans and unbelievable sound for our bands. You can just feel the energy and excitement before each show!”

  • Friday, June 1st: Satisfaction – The International Rolling Stones Show
  • Friday, June 15th: Live & Let Die – A Tribute to the Music of Paul McCartney
  • Friday, June 29th: Trippin Billies – The Dave Matthews Tribute Band (Sponsored by: Kent State – Geauga & Regional Academic Center)
  • Tuesday, July 3rd: Cleveland Pops Orchestra – Fireworks Night
  • Friday, July 13th: The Stranger – A Tribute to Billy Joel (Sponsored by: ChromaScape Inc.)
  • Friday, July 27th: Disco Inferno (Sponsored by: Waste Management)
  • Friday, August 10th: Post Road – Country Night

Rock the Park has partnered with Taste CLE to host two additional concerts including Reggae Fest Cleveland on May 26th and Taste, Shop, Rock on October 6th. On May 17th, the Sidewalk Prophets, a nationally touring Christian band, will also be making a stop in Twinsburg on their Something Different Tour in 3D.

“We’re very excited to extend our lineup with these partner events and utilize the venue more often,” stated Derek Schroeder. “Reggae Fest Cleveland and Taste, Shop, Rock will actually be included on our season pass for the first time. Fans will now have general admission access to 9 concerts this season.”

Tickets for the concert series are on sale now at RockTheParkConcert.com. General admission tickets are just $10 in advance and Studio Wish Salon VIP tickets are $30 each. VIP tickets include access to a private bar and patio, preferred parking, two free drinks, appetizers, and a chair to borrow during the concert. Rock the Park’s season pass, featuring general admission tickets to 9 concerts, is available for only $65 during a special presale through May 14th.
