Appeal # 04-2020

Variances Requested: Section 1181.07(c)(7)

A public hearing will be conducted at 6:30 pm on October 28, 2020, for the purpose of hearing an appeal of the sidewalk requirement established during the final site plan review by the Planning Commission. The appeal is being made by Thomas Lane of New Adventures Early Learning and Child Development Center, 8124 Darrow Road (PP# 64-06417).

• Specifically, the applicant is requesting an appeal of Section 1181.07(c)(7) of the Site Plan Review Regulations requiring the Planning Commission to find that vehicular and pedestrian circulation within the site and to the adjacent property will be safe and efficient.

This hearing will be conducted at Twinsburg City Hall at 10075 Ravenna Road, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087 in compliance with Section 1199.15 of the Twinsburg Zoning and Development Regulations. Written comments may be submitted at the above address to Ryan Kennedy, Board Secretary or Keith Foulkes, Chief Building Official prior to the meeting.
