Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber: Chamber Foundation Raises $5,000 For United Way Of Youngstown & Mahoning Valley

The Youngstown Warren Regional Chamber Foundation helped raise $5,000 for the United Way of Youngstown & Mahoning Valley through a fundraising event held last month.

The Chamber Foundation hosted a VIP fundraiser with Window World Chairman & CEO Tammy Whitworth when she came to the Valley to keynote the Chamber’s Athena Award Dinner May 13.

The United Way operates several programs that help the community produce good educational outcomes and build a better workforce, which is one of the most important factors in growing the local economy.

The Chamber Foundation’s VIP fundraiser also generated dollars for the Regional Chamber’s economic development efforts. Assisting with the fundraiser were sponsors Window World, Muransky Companies, ONE Health Ohio, Premier Bank, Blair & Latell and ms consultants, inc.
