Advocate Health Advisors Names Shannon Davidson Call Center Coach

Shannon Davidson, of Yukon, Okla., has joined Advocate Health Advisors as Medicare Call Quality Coach.

In this role, Davidson will assist with training and coaching call center agents to ensure integrity and improve service for company clients. Davidson also will ensure agents are following guidelines to enroll clients in the correct Medicare plan.

Davidson’s work will help improve agents’ skills so that they are providing exceptional experiences and outcomes for clients seeking information about Medicare Advantage plans. Medicare Advantage plans offer a wide variety of medical and non-medical benefits and provide coverage for social determinants of health, such as transportation, fitness plans and meal delivery.

Advocate Health Advisors agents are Medicare experts who serve as trusted advisors for those who are Medicare eligible and specialize in helping those turning 65.
