Experiential Systems Opens New West Coast Office
Outdoor adventure industry veteran Jonathan Lumb will head up the new West Coast office.

Beginning March 15, Experiential Systems Incorporated (ESI) is opening a new West Coast office in Bend, Oregon. ESI has tapped challenge course professional Jonathan Lumb to head up this new initiative and to serve as the West Coast Regional Services Director. This new office will allow ESI to better service their clients on the West Coast.
“I am excited to announce our new West Coast office. I have known Jonathan for many years and I am very pleased that he will be joining our team to run our West Coast operations,” said Keith Jacobs, President of ESI.
Lumb comes to ESI from Adventure Development Team where he was the Lead Inspector. Prior to that he was a Project Manager, Designer and Inspector for Adventure Solutions. He has over 11 years of experience in the challenge course industry and has worked in 32 states and on five continents. Lumb has experience designing, building and inspecting a variety of challenge course offerings including zip line tours, climbing walls, ninja courses and treehouses. He holds an ACCT Level 2 Professional Inspector Supervisor Certificate as well as NAARSO Level 1 and is on the Inspector Certification Exam Panel for ACCT. Lumb has a love for adventure, a passion for design, and a dedication to safety that is expressed in everything he does. He prides himself in his skills for problem solving and in the nurturing of enduring relationships with his clients and industry partners.

ESI is a full-service challenge course provider that has been building ropes challenge courses, zip lines and climbing structures; providing staff and operational training’s; annual technical inspections; and industry consultation for over 35 years. ESI trains instructors and facilitators to lead cooperative activities, low initiative elements, high ropes courses (indoor and outdoor), and climbing walls and towers. ESI was formally incorporated in 1995 and is licensed and fully insured for all services offered. ESI is a peer reviewed and Accredited Professional Vendor Member (PVM) of the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT). ESI conducts services to meet or exceed the written standards of one or a combination of the following organizations: ACCT, American Society for Testing and Materials – International (ASTM), The Association for Experiential Education (AEE), The American Camp Association (ACA), and the Climbing Wall Association (CWA).
